I go through some drill bits. This little inexpensive set is exactly what I need for 75% of the work I do. They last a decent amount and if they break or I loose one, I’m not too sad.

My handy dandy Dewalt 20V Max Cordless Drill / Driver Kit has done me no wrong. I love Dewalt due to their pricing, strength, and their seemingly endless amount of tools that run on the same battery!

I’d immediately order a new

I’ve installed 100’s of these Midea Window Air Conditioner units all around NYC. They are quiet, efficient, and you can almost
close the window fully. Clients love the look and sound levels of these units!

Vornado Window Fan
Vornado Window Fan (in/out) - $99

We have had this Vornado Transom Window Fan in our window for years. You can pull air in, or push air out. It’s great to get circulation through your apartment.  It even has temperature control and a remote!

While not the cheapest, it is the best. Rev-A-Shelf things will stand the test of time and hold a ton of weight and items without failing. I love installing and using these. You can have them installed and uninstalled easily with easily repairable holes once uninstalled. Take it with you!
