OPTION 1 - SERVICE BLOCKS

We handle multiple tasks in a single visit using structured service blocks.
Most clients choose this option – it’s the fastest and most efficient
way to get multiple tasks completed in one visit.

This system allows faster scheduling and fewer delays compared
to traditional item-by-item estimating.

Most NYC projects involve hidden variables, building coordination, material delays,
and evolving punch lists. Service blocks allow us to complete projects
efficiently without constant repricing.

SERVICE VISIT
STARTING at $349-$395+
For one simple project or a few small tasks.
Not intended for long task lists or multiple furniture assemblies.

“HALF” DAY
STARTING at $649-$749
*MOST POPULAR*
For multiple projects completed in one visit.
Best for multiple items or medium projects

“FULL” DAY
STARTING at $1,195-$1495
Best for full punch lists, multiple rooms,
or getting everything done in one visit.

Our listed prices are starting points for typical projects, not fixed rates.
Every project is unique, and your final quote is based on the work requested,
project complexity, travel, building requirements, access, materials,
and other job-specific factors.

We always aim to provide a firm quote before scheduling your appointment.

WHY SERVICE BLOCKS

Service blocks reserve dedicated technician time so we can focus on completing your project instead of constantly stopping to re-estimate or reprice. Your reserved time includes scheduling, travel, building access, insurance, administrative coordination, and the preparation needed to arrive ready to work.

Because every NYC project is different, we prioritize your task list based on site conditions, building requirements, access, materials, and project complexity. Many projects are completed in a single visit, but some may require additional materials, specialty trades, custom fabrication, or a follow-up visit.

If we finish your original task list early, we’re happy to continue working through any additional items you have ready. Reserved service block time is not prorated or refunded.

We’ll always discuss and approve any additional work or time before proceeding.

Common projects completed include:

• Mounting (mirrors, art, shelving)
• Repairs and adjustments
• Assembly
• Light carpentry
• Punch lists
• General improvements

AC units, TV’s, and other larger specialized tasks are additional.

OPTION 2 - CUSTOM, COMMERCIAL, + LARGE

For larger or more customized work such as built-ins, extensive carpentry, or multi-phase projects, we provide tailored quotes based on scope.

For commercial clients and ongoing maintenance, we offer structured service partnerships with customized pricing based on scope, access, and scheduling needs.

Commercial work often involves additional coordination, insurance requirements, and scheduling considerations.
