VERY IMPORTANT BOOKED JOB NOTES

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE DATE OF WORK

A few quick things to keep in mind.
  • Arrival ETA – We aim for punctuality, but delays may occur based on earlier jobs and transit times.
  • Late Start – Delays caused by clients incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes.
  • Scope of Work Changed –  Changes to the job scope can affect costs +/- (if we are alerted 48hr prior). Once booked and a job is within 48hr, initial quote is set. Inform us of any changes ASAP. 
  • Cancellation – Notify us via email ASAP. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time incur a $150 fee.
  • We may need – We might need items like a step stool, ladder, vacuum, or cleaning supplies. While we aim to come prepared, unforeseen needs may arise.
  • Added Tasks – Additional tasks start at $35 or may be time-based. Pricing will be discussed with your technician. 
  • Customer Supplied Items – We don’t warranty customer supplied items. Issues with customer supplied items won’t alter job price (wrong item, didn’t arrive, broken, etc.)
  • Estimates – Email estimates may vary once we’re on site (variables/unknowns). We’ll discuss additional work with you before proceeding.  
  • Payments – Due upon job completion. Cash or credit card (invoice provided via text/email).
  • Tips – While they are appreciated, they are never expected.
  • Preparation – Clear the workspace and move any valuable or fragile items. Ensure easy access to the job site.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee –  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Contact us with any concerns post-job, and we’ll address them ASAP. Remember, we are handymen and not specialized in one field.
  • Feedback – Your feedback is important to us. Once the job is complete, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to share your experience with us HERE.
  • Plaster – We are not responsible for any cracks or damage to old plaster when mounting items.
  • Safety Precautions Our team follows strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Please provide adequate space for us to work safely and refrain from hovering or standing too close while we are working.
