I owned a drill but honestly had no idea how to use it and left feeling soo much more confident! He made sure I understood how to properly use my drill and gave me the practical skills to do things like mount items on my own, which is exactly what I was hoping to learn. I also really appreciated that he went beyond just teaching us how to use the tools and explained the different types of walls and materials you might encounter, especially in NYC apartments, and what to look out for. That made the class feel really practical and applicable to real life. Dan was patient, kind, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without overcomplicating it. I’d absolutely recommend his class to anyone who wants to feel more comfortable tackling basic projects at home. I also appreciated the small class size and the ability to actually practice live with Dan’s guidance. I’ll definitely keep Dan in mind the next time I need a handyman. He’s professional, knowledgeable, practical, and a chill guy!
